Brent,

I have enclosed a photo of my recent caribou hunt to Northern Quebec. I am happy to report that my White Buffalo Outdoor Products performed flawlessly. For six out of seven days, the rain poured and punished us with bone-drenching squalls and I got to tell you the Rag Horn daypack was Awesome! It kept my rangefinders, binoculars and archery equipment totally dry and ready. Good quality equipment is a definite must especially when you’re 500 miles from nowhere. Thanks again for making a superb product!

Brent,

My pack arrived today and I just had to tell you how great I think it is. This is the best designed and highest quality pack I have ever seen. I've had packs that cost several times more that didn't come close to this kind of quality. I spend 100+ days a year hunting and have done so for the past 20 years, but I've never had a pack that I liked more. I can't tell you how impressed I am with your company. Your customer service is great. I was impressed that you took the time to send the first email. I was even more impressed with the fast shipping (the fact you spent $3.25 more on shipping than I paid wasn't lost on me). The great quality of the pack sent my impression through the roof. I will keep an eye on your website for your clothing line. I think your camo patterns are very good, and if the quality is even close, I know what I'll be wearing.

Thanks from a new lifetime customer.

Item White Buffalo Fanny Pack
Date 9/06 and 10/06
Location Alaskan Moose hunt and Utah Elk hunt

At first glance I was skeptical that the fanny pack would hold as much as my day pack. As I began to use it on my Alaskan Moose hunt, I began to appreciate all the features that come with this pack. The biggest advantage the pack has is that it makes gear more accessible. With five pockets, it is easy to place items in different spots and be able to find them easily. The pocket zippers come with extra large tabs the make it easy to grasp even with gloves on. I was using Swarovski 8x30 binoculars that easily fit in the front side pocket. I put snacks in the other side pocket for easy access during the day. As the days warmed up, I shed layers and it was easy to strap the coats and my outer pants to the top of the pack. I also was pleased with the weight capacity of the pack. With a days worth of water, food and gear, I was probably carrying 25-30 pounds of weight in the pack. It was easy to switch the load from hips to shoulders as we walked. When we sat down to glass a valley the pack made a nice backrest without taking it off. The Alaskan September weather gave the pack fabric a good test and it passed with flying colors. The fabric was quiet as we crawled through the thick brush near the rivers. I used the pack for 10 days in Alaska and for 6 days on a Utah elk hunt. The elk hunt was on horseback and it was easy to wear the pack while riding and them dismount and have everything ready to go while we hunted on foot. I typically carried a day's worth of food, water, rain gear, survival gear, knives, saw and a radio. Great Backpack!
